Backend engineer with two years of experience, currently building the integration layer around
a core banking system on Oracle: REST services behind JWT, a wrapper around the state biometric
identification provider, and digital-signature support inside a legacy JavaEE application.
Outside work I design, build and operate small services end to end — a public uptime
monitor, several Telegram bots and a dependency-free currency tracker.
Backend Engineer — SQB
2025 — present · Tashkent
Intern from early 2025, full-time since late 2025 · Core banking integrations, Oracle, Spring Boot
- Built and maintain REST services exposing currency rates and reference data from the
iABS core on Oracle, secured with JWT and organised by feature package.
- Delivered a service wrapping MyID, the state biometric identification provider:
authentication, profile retrieval and document export, with strict handling of personal data.
- Diagnosed and fixed a long-standing e-key digital-signature failure in a legacy
JavaEE/WebLogic application, tracing it to incorrect annotations in a vendor library rather
than the token or its configuration.
- Write PL/SQL packages and procedures where the logic belongs in the database.

uz-status — public uptime monitor
Java 21 · Spring Boot · PostgreSQL
- Monitors availability of Uzbek services (payments, tax portal, marketplaces, banks);
incident history, heatmaps and an open JSON API.
- Probe cycle is fault-isolated — a hung target is recorded as a result, never an
exception that stops the run. Retention rollups keep storage flat at 90 days of history.
- Flyway migrations, Micrometer/Prometheus metrics, Docker deployment, integration tests on
a real PostgreSQL via Testcontainers.
exchange — currency tracker with zero dependencies
Python 3.11 · standard library only
- Collects central-bank and exchange-office rates into SQLite; CLI, Telegram bot, charts and
threshold alerts share one core.
- HTTP, the Telegram client and the SVG/PNG chart renderer are all written against the
standard library — no third-party packages, by design.
tgagent · tekstlybot — Telegram services in Java
Java · SQLite · ffmpeg
- tgagent: Telegram Business assistant on bare Java, with a two-provider model
fallback chain (Gemini → Groq) and local conversation memory.
- tekstlybot: media processing through a worker queue — compression, audio
extraction and speech-to-text — held inside a 256 MB heap.
